What does elopement mean?

Two people in love – breathtaking background – unforgettable experience many of our couples don’t necessarily celebrate their elopement in secret, they consciously decide to get married just the two of them, and the celebration with friends and family is only held later. It definitely doesn’t mean that you have to go without anything – you actually get a lot more and in a very relaxed way.

How do we know this so exactly?

We also “eloped” to Scotland and celebrated our elopement there – of course it rained and was extremely cold, but it was still the best day of our lives! The great thing about a mountain elopement in Tyrol/Austria is that you can even make the whole thing official. In some communities there are motivated registry officials who organize weddings on the doorstep – this means you don’t necessarily have to sit through the official ceremony in an outdated and old-fashioned registry office.

What do you need for this?

There are almost no limits to your wishes. You can decide when and where, whether during the week, on a Sunday or on a public holiday. Whether it’s a breathtaking mountain lake or with the Dolomites in the background – of course you can also go barefoot in the sand. Of course you can also bring guests, that’s entirely up to you – but we recommend that less is more – after all, it should only be about you.

How is the process?

This is also in your hands. Of course it depends a little on the location – if you want an adventure, preferably in conjunction with a two-day hike. If you want to take a more relaxed approach, we can drive to a mountain lake or take the cable car to a summit. Do you want to recite your vows or would you rather enjoy the silence? Depending on what suits you – there are wedding orators or registrars who can provide the perfect accompaniment to the wedding ceremony. We also plan the daily routine together with you – since the most beautiful light prevails in the evening, we would of course like to take this into account – for perfect memories.
